As with all our meat our pork is locally bred and reared, our prime breeds are Gloucester
Old Spot and Tamworth pigs.
All pork is outdoor reared to the highest standards which is why we believe our pork
is so much different from that of the supermarkets, once you have tasted the range

Our bacon is all home cured on our premises, we have a mix of dry cure, sweet cure
